Pricing

Pay for how you ask, not for the law's basics.

Every organisation gets the full set of DPDP duties. Your price depends on how many people you ask, the channels you use, and the help you want to get started. You get it in writing.

Typical set-ups

Find the one closest to you.

These are starting points for a conversation, not fixed plans. Your quote is built from what you actually need.

  • One program or site

A clinic, a school or a single program. Ready-made forms, a link, QR poster or paper sheets, and one team answering requests. Quick to set up.

  • Several programs or branches

Many forms, projects and partner organisations. Connectors to your CRM or HR system, single sign-on, your own domain and help with training.

  • Large or national rollout

High volumes across channels and languages, field teams on Android, bulk imports and API integration, with service levels agreed in writing.

What the price depends on

Four things shape your quote.

  • People you ask

Roughly how many people you ask for consent each year.

  • Channels

SMS and WhatsApp carry message costs. Links, QR codes, your own website and paper do not.

  • Paper volume

How many paper sheets you want read back each month.

  • Set-up help

Connecting your systems, single sign-on, your own domain and training.

Always included

The essentials of the Act, in every quote.

No organisation pays extra for the duties the law sets.

  • Notices in every language

English and the 22 scheduled languages, with every published version kept.

  • Withdrawal and rights

Withdrawal, access, correction, erasure, grievances and nominees.

  • Pages for people

My consents and the My request page for everyone who gives consent.

  • Breach workflow

The Board deadline on every incident, notices to people and a list of who was told.

  • Evidence and audit

Notices as shown, receipts, write-once evidence and a hash-chained audit log.

  • Data in India

Your records are stored in data centres located in India.

Why start now

Cheaper than the alternative.

  • Less manual work

One inbox with deadlines replaces spreadsheets, email threads and paper files for every request.

  • Proof on demand

Show the Board the exact notice each person saw, in minutes rather than weeks.

  • Lower risk

Penalties under the Act reach ₹250 crore. Most duties apply from 13 May 2027, and setting up takes time.

Questions

Pricing questions.

Why is there no price list?

Costs depend on how many people you ask, the channels you use, how much paper you send and the set-up you need. A written quote for your case is more useful than a table that fits nobody.

How quickly do we get a quote?

We aim to reply within three working days of your message.

Do SMS and WhatsApp messages cost extra?

Messages carry provider costs, so they are part of the quote. Links, QR codes, your own website and paper do not.

Can we start small and grow?

Yes. Start with one program or site, and add forms, channels and teams as you go. Your quote changes with what you use.

What does set-up help include?

Whatever you need from: connecting your systems, single sign-on, your own domain for consent links, importing from Excel, and training your team.

Do you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes. Our Terms include the processor terms the Act requires, and we sign a separate agreement on request.
